Assembly & Warehouse Technician

Applied Physics Corporation is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembly & Warehouse Technician to join our fast-growing team in Tampa. This is an entry-level position ideal for students or recent grads with a knack for computer repair, mechanics, or light electrical work.

You’ll work alongside our engineering and operations teams, helping build high-quality scientific, medical, and industrial equipment used in cleanrooms, laboratories, and manufacturing facilities worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and repair components (PCBs, wiring, connectors, etc.)

Assist with equipment builds and light fabrication

Perform quality checks and troubleshooting

Handle warehouse tasks: inventory, receiving, material prep

Use hand tools, power tools, and technical instructions

Collaborate with multiple departments

Preferred Skills:

Experience with computer/laptop repair

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting

Familiarity with tools, 3D printing, CAD, or CNC machines

Ability to follow schematics and assembly guides

Team-oriented and detail-driven
