Software Solutions Specialist
We are seeking a Software Solutions Specialist to handle installation and post-sales support for software solutions aimed at improving business processes and workflows. Your main responsibilities will include implementing software, providing ongoing support, and ensuring seamless integration with multifunction devices and client processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure software solutions at client sites.
- Provide post-sales support for software solutions.
- Create cases and collaborate with manufacturer support teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Use a ticketing system to track time and notes on projects.
- Assist with connectivity installations of multifunction devices.
- Evaluate software solution products beneficial to prospects and clients.
- Work with Solutions Pre-Sales Staff to implement and test software solutions.
- Ensure client goals are met through ongoing support of software products.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or GED; some technical school preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+) preferred.
- Experience or comprehensive training in network topology and software applications related to digital graphic systems (Adobe products, Quark, Corel, Microsoft).
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with on-site customer relations.
- Proficient in MAC and PC operating systems and connectivity to digital MFP devices.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, network design, implementation, and servicing.
- Experience servicing and supporting complex systems, equipment accessories, and software.
- Ability to load software and troubleshoot connected digital devices within a networked environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to adapt communication styles based on audience (technical end user to non-technical decision maker).
- Demonstrated willingness to work with team members and assist in skill development.
Desired Skills:
- Technical graduate with a 2-year degree preferred.
- Certifications such as Security+, CDIA+, Server+.
- Familiarity with a wide range of software applications (Windows 10/11, MAC, Unix, AS 400, RightFax, I-Option, Prism, PageScope, eCopy, V-care, Command Work Station, Equitrac, Print Grove, Canvas, e-copy, Cero certs, Print Fleet, FM Audit, Adobe, UniFLOW, ImageWare).

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods, walk, and stand as needed.

- Strong hand-eye coordination for typing and writing.
- Ability to read fine print and digital screens.
- Clear verbal communication skills for client interactions.
