HR Coordinator
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital and highly visible role within our Global Operations Human Resources team. You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, compliance tracking, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. This is an onsite position at our headquarters in Largo, FL.
You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely and accurate information on HR policies, procedures, and programs. In addition, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
- Lead and coordinate the new hire orientation process, including preparation of onboarding materials, facilitation of sessions, and completion of new hire documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers ensuring onboarding logistics (equipment, access, training schedules) are in place prior to start dates.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the onboarding experience based on feedback and best practices.
Compliance & HR Operations
- Support audits and reporting related to compliance, employee files, and HR metrics.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and team-building events.
- Monitor employee feedback channels and escalate concerns or trends to HR leadership.
Talent & Performance Support
- Assist in the administration of performance review cycles, including communications, tracking, and follow-up with managers and employees.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements in talent management and employee development.
HR Systems & Reporting
- Generate standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business and HR decision-making.
- Partner with payroll, benefits, and other internal teams to resolve employee inquiries and ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Education Requirements:
- BA/BS in related field
Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years of related experience
