 As our Service Representative, you will be joining our family-owned business that has been serving our community since 1925! As our Inside Service support Representative, you will be using your ability to quickly build rapport, along with being organized and detail oriented in your job. Your persistence at providing our clients with the best service will be vital in your ability to serve our community for many more years to come! 
 

THIS IS AN ONSITE OFFICE POSITION-NON REMOTE WORKING 
hrly range: $15 to 17 hr
Mon-Fri Schedule - No weekends  - flexible with your school schedule
Hands on Training 
Requirements• 4-40 - can make more if you get licensed - we can discuss
- it is a service position 
 

Answers the phones and carefully direct customer to service rep.
• Strong computer and technical skills can help but not necessary
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask. 
• A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.? 
Responsibilities• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing certificates of insurance. 
. 

• Work on renewals and offer rewrites if needed 

• strong customer service skills 
• work on audits and endorsements as needed 
• Be familiar with agent management system AMS 360 
• Bring a positive team environment - encouraging collaboration development to fellow employees and co workers
