At Home Health LLC – Home Health Agency seeking for a dedicated Pediatric SLPs, OTs, PTs, COTAs, and PTAs
Serving Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee, and Polk Counties

Ongoing Opportunities:
At Home Health LLC is actively hiring Pediatric SLPs, OTs, PTs, COTAs, and PTAs throughout these counties. We provide a wide range of therapy services in home health and school-based settings.

Your expertise will contribute significantly to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patients' functional abilities and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and Implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, and adaptive techniques.
  • Conduct patient assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists and educators, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards.
  • Preferred in using Kinnser/ Wellsky for patient documentation and management.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
  • Participate in early intervention programs for children with developmental delays.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to occupational, speech and physical therapy practices.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards.
  • Experience in pediatrics, particularly within home and school settings, is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments effectively to gauge progress and adapt treatments accordingly.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Bilingual is preferred.
