Diploma PLC delivers specialist products and services across diverse markets – from aerospace and renewables to infrastructure and healthcare. We supply the small but critical components that engineers, factories, and hospitals need to keep operations running smoothly.

We’re not your typical corporate - and this isn’t your average graduate program. We’re building the next generation of leaders to drive and grow our fast-moving businesses in the US, the UK, and beyond.

How It’ll Work:

You’ll kickstart your career with real job experience from day one in some of our US businesses, as part of a structured two-year program. You’ll learn, grow, and get support through:

• Hands-on learning that fast-tracks your growth
• Two rotations across different sectors with great managers by your side
• Targeted training in sales and management to level up your skills
• A peer network of graduates across the US and UK

What You’ll be Doing: 

This is not a “corporate” job based in HQ - you‘ll be working at the heart of our business, in one of our small-medium sized enterprises across the US. You’ll rotate through different roles to get a 360° view of our business. 

In your job rotations, activities might include things like:  

• Working in our sales teams to generate new customer leads
• Researching new markets and products to increase our offer
• Working out how we can use AI to optimize our supply chain
• Getting involved in operations and suggesting more efficient ways of delivering to our customers or leading a small team of warehouse operators
• Working with the finance team to driver better business performance

Location & Mobility

To maximize your development, we want you to experience different parts of our business, which is spread across different locations in the US.  You will have 2 rotations during the program, each lasting 1 year.  This means that you will likely move locations within the US to give you the right experience – so you really need to be up for that.  Relocation is a part of the program, and we’ll support you with the costs with up to a $5k relocation payment. We’ll ask for your location preferences during the application process.

Louisville KY, Clearwater FL, Long Beach CA, Farmingdale NY, Nashville (La Vergne) TN, Prince George VA, Chicago (Naperville) IL

*Our business grows through acquisition so the locations may vary as we grow.

Requirements: 

• Degree (any subject or GPA) completed by July 2026 or within the last two years
• Unrestricted right to work in the US for the duration of the two-year program and beyond
• Willingness to relocate within the US – relocation assistance provided
• Availability to start full-time employment in September 2026 (early start opportunities may be available during the summer for those interested)

You'll Benefit From:

The starting salary for this position is $75,000 per annum. In addition, if you move location during the program, you may be eligible for a $5,000 relocation payment.  We offer a comprehensive benefit package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending accounts and a retirement plan.

Recruitment Process: 

As part of our recruitment process, you need to submit an initial application and upload your CV. 

Stage One: will include psychometric and aptitude tests, a recorded video interview. 

Stage Two: is an in-person Assessment Day. An additional online interview may be scheduled before the Assessment Day.
