As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll support key HR functions within a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. From onboarding new hires to coordinating employee engagement programs and supporting training initiatives, you’ll help ensure a seamless employee experience while learning the foundations of HR compliance, data management, and organizational development. You’ll be mentored by seasoned HR professionals and gain exposure to HR systems, reporting, employee relations, and corporate compliance – all while contributing to a global mission focused on safety, innovation, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track employee training programs, partnering with managers and external providers to ensure compliance and career development.
  • Support recruiting and onboarding processes including scheduling interviews, background checks, and new hire orientation.
  • Maintain HR data, timekeeping systems, and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to support business decisions and track key performance indicators.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
  • Support annual benefits enrollment and HR communications across departments.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvements that enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (students nearing graduation or recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Coursework or interest in employment law, organizational behavior, or HR operations preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills – you’re confident, approachable, and professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented culture.
