What we are looking for…
Little Play Place is seeking a Weekend Studio Lead to join our vibrant team! We’re an enrichment play studio and party venue, open six days a week (Tuesday through Sunday) for Open Play, Classes, and Special Events.

Job Responsibilities: The work below is representative of the scope of work performed within this job classification.
- Be the on site- representative to lend a hand to clients and party vendors.
- Lead party add-on activities.
- Ensure the studio is returned to normal after events & open play by completing studio cleaning and reset checklist.
- Engage with families in a friendly, personable, and professional manner.
- Provide excellent client service to families by developing relationships with clients, checking families in for Open Play & Parties, and answering questions with speed and professionalism.
- Educate families on offerings, memberships, promotions, and upcoming classes
- Enforce safety rules and emergency procedures
- Help sanitize play areas and restrooms between sessions
- Restock Art Bar supplies
- Maintain a tidy and safe play environment throughout the day
Job Requirements:
- Must be creative, energetic, love working with kids and working in a team environment
- Excellent with client services
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 20 pounds during shifts
- Maintain a professional and fun appearance
- A genuine enthusiasm for connecting with others, engaging in community activities, and embracing teamwork.
- A deep appreciation for our brand and the experience it offers.
- A readiness to jump in and tackle tasks hands-on.
- A warm, approachable personality paired with a strong, reliable work ethic.
- The capability to work autonomously while consistently exceeding expectations.
- Experience in, or a strong interest in, facilitating and executing of parties & events.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Bonus points for additional knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Knowledge of Momence software
- Knowledge of graphic design, Wordpress & social media
- Facilitating large groups of people in a high energy space.
Experience:
- Early childhood education (Preferred)
- Possess a High School Diploma or College Student
- Be at least 18 years old
- CPR Certified (We will work with you to obtain your CPR certification)
