Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced <PERSON> to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines
- Assist with menu planning to meet nutritional and aesthetic standards
- Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, cooking, and plating
- Maintain proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
- Support catering events and special dining occasions
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation of food supplies
- Provide excellent food service by serving guests courteously and efficiently
- Follow all health regulations related to food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide preferred
- Experience in fine dining, restaurant, or catering environments is highly desirable
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
- Proficiency with knife skills and culinary techniques required
- Background in menu planning and food presentation preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Food industry or culinary experience is a plus
