What We Offer:
• Competitive Pay: 

Restaurant Managers range from $65,000 - $85,000

District Managers range from $85,000 - $115,000

Division Managers range from $115,000 - $145,000

Region Manager - *Increases when promoted

Senior Vice President - *Increases when promoted

Executive Vice President - *Increases when promoted

• Benefits Package: Health insurance, 30 days of vacation, and a $6,000 annual education bonus.

• Career Growth: We pride ourselves on a fast promotion timeline—12-18 months to District Manager and 18-36 months to Division Manager, with salary increases and stock options at every step.

• Stock Options: Unique opportunities to invest in Waffle House stock, starting with a $18,500 stock option at hire date, and additional options as you move up in your career. $75,000 stock option upon District Manager promotion, $92,500 stock option upon Division Manager promotion.
