ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a motivated and ambitious Medical Office Manager to oversee our Wesley Chapel and Trinity offices.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit, interview, and help build a strong administrative and clinical team
- Coach and motivate staff to achieve personal and organizational goals
- Improve operational workflows for efficiency and best practices
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations
- Oversee payroll, HR functions, and staff education requirements
- Support physicians and ensure smooth daily front and back office operations
- Monitor coding accuracy, charge capture, and financial processes
- This role provides broad exposure to healthcare leadership and business operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, Nursing, or related field preferred)
- Strong leadership potential and professionalism
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (EMR experience is a plus, but not required)
- A team-first mindset and commitment to patient care
