Medical Office Manager

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a motivated and ambitious Medical Office Manager to oversee our Wesley Chapel and Trinity offices.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, interview, and help build a strong administrative and clinical team
  • Coach and motivate staff to achieve personal and organizational goals
  • Improve operational workflows for efficiency and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations
  • Oversee payroll, HR functions, and staff education requirements
  • Support physicians and ensure smooth daily front and back office operations
  • Monitor coding accuracy, charge capture, and financial processes
  • This role provides broad exposure to healthcare leadership and business operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, Nursing, or related field preferred)
  • Strong leadership potential and professionalism
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (EMR experience is a plus, but not required)
  • A team-first mindset and commitment to patient care
