This is an immersive internship inside Elite Podcast Studio, Tampa Bay's premier podcast and content creation facility. The program runs from now through the fall, starting this summer and continuing into the fall semester. In-person. Days, evenings, and weekends included.

Here is the part that matters. Right now, before classes start, you go full-time or part-time. Once college is back in session, you shift to part-time and we build your schedule around your classes. This is designed to fit a serious student who wants real experience without sacrificing their education. What it is not designed for is someone looking to coast. This internship demands your full presence and full commitment for the hours you are here. That is the only way this works and the only way you walk away with everything this experience has to offer.

Elite Podcast Studio is Tampa Bay's premier podcast and content creation facility, built for entrepreneurs, executives, creators, and brands who take their voice seriously. What You Will Be Doing

You will be inside a live, working professional studio alongside founders, executives, and creators building real brands. You are not here to observe. You are here to contribute. You will be shooting video and photos for social media, assisting with podcast and video production, supporting studio setup, lighting, and audio, participating in content creation and strategy, working directly in live recording environments, editing and posting content across platforms, and engaging with high-level clients and creators in real time.

This is the single most important thing you can learn right now, and most of your peers are sleeping on it. AI is rewriting how content gets made, how brands get built, and how careers get launched. Inside Elite Podcast Studio you will work hands-on with AI tools for scripting, ideation, editing, content repurposing, and audience growth. You will learn to use AI to move faster, create more, and produce work that used to take a full team. The students who learn this now graduate with a skill set that puts them years ahead of everyone else walking across that stage. We are going to push you hard here on purpose, because in today's world AI plus content plus personal brand equals opportunity, and the people who understand this early have a massive advantage.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a content creator who is confident, polished, and natural in front of the camera. You are already creating content. You are already posting. You already know what it takes to build a presence online. Creating, editing, and posting across social media platforms is second nature to you. You are curious about AI and eager to master it. You are a professional, and you show up with energy and intention. You are coachable, driven, and you do not need to be told twice. You are looking for a room worth being in, and you are ready to earn your place in it. You must live in the greater Tampa Bay area. This is fully in-person and on-site. No exceptions.

On Compensation

This is an unpaid internship offering academic credit eligibility, real-world studio experience, professional portfolio development, hands-on AI training, and brand-building access that most creators never get. The experience, the skills, and the network are the return on your time.
