Project Development Engineering Associate I
RS&H is currently seeking a transportation planning and/or engineering associate to join our team. This position primarily involves assisting in the development of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Project Development and Environment (PD&E) studies. This position will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule of in-office and remote. As part of the infrastructure consulting team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by compiling and analyzing data, assisting in the preparation of reports, studies, and supporting tables, charts, and graphics. This position will also include assisting with the preparation of slideshows and other materials for use in public meetings.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, city and regional planning, or related field from an accredited program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess solid oral and written communication skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with team members, clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Experience with either Microstation or ArcGIS is preferred.
