IT Requirements Analyst

Staffigo is in the business of providing IT Consulting Services to clients in various industries in the United States - Healthcare (Payer, Providers & Clearinghouses), Finance & Banking, Retail & e-commerce. We are currently seeking exceptional entry-level talent for the below role.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Work with client IT applications and systems to capture, define, and document system requirements aligned with business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into system specifications for the development team.
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and workflows to document business needs and procedures.
- Coordinate with developers and testers to ensure requirements are understood and accurately implemented throughout the development and testing phases.
- Support the successful implementation of tools and features that meet the needs and requirements of client systems.
- Analyze system performance and gather feedback to refine and improve the requirements or solutions.
- Prioritize requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation to ensure it is comprehensive and up-to-date.
- Participate in stakeholder reviews and discussions to validate solutions and address gaps or issues.
- Contribute to process improvements across the project lifecycle to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies, recommending solutions to improve system performance and meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
You have:
- Proven experience working collaboratively with teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver system solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Solid understanding of technical requirements and business processes, with the ability to translate these into clear documentation.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate solutions.
- Experience with breaking down complex problems and managing dependencies and constraints.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Some experience working with SQL for querying databases and Tableau for data visualization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information.
