Education:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field is required.
Previous Work Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Experience working in an ISO regulated environment is desirable.
- Lean Six Sigma training or certification is desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Ability to grasp, move, or assemble very small objects.
- Visual strain at times due to prolonged exposure to computer monitor.
Essential Functions:
- Support projects with Manufacturing Engineers.
- Assist with understanding and interpreting specifications on drawings.
- Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
- Execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation protocols.
- Receives additional direction from the Manufacturing Engineers.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Develop, design, or create new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products.
- Apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with others.
- Possess project management skills and manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language proficiently to ensure compliance with our ISO 13485 procedures.
Demonstrated Competencies:
- Execute a validation protocol and ensure it is properly documented.
- Create and complete a simple tooling or fixture design in a CAD program and generate detailed drawings for assembly or fabrication (currently, using SolidWorks).
- Effectively utilize and support ERP system (GSS), including pulling of data for analysis.
- Consistently maintain status tasks using project management software (ClickUp).
