Job Description:
Golden Movers is hiring experienced movers and drivers to join our fast-paced, growing team. As a front-line representative of our company, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, stress-free moves to our clients with care, speed, and professionalism.

Compensation Details:

Movers: $16–$20/hr based on experience and performance

Box Truck Drivers: $20–$24/hr based on experience

CDL Drivers with Moving Experience: Higher pay scale available

Most experienced movers start at $18/hr, with top performers earning up to $20/hr

Responsibilities:

Load, transport, and unload residential and commercial items with care

Wrap, pad, and protect furniture and valuables

Drive company box trucks (Drivers only) using GPS and safe route navigation

Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients and teammates

Complete jobs on time and maintain a clean and organized truck

Represent Golden Movers with a positive and energetic attitude

Qualifications:

Prior professional moving experience (required)

Valid driver’s license (required for all positions, including movers)

CDL is a plus and qualifies for higher pay

Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

Excellent teamwork, time management, and customer service skills

Dependable, on-time, and willing to work in a physically active environment
