Part-Time Sales Associate - Little Llamas Boutique

Are you a friendly, outgoing, and fashion-loving individual with a passion for all things baby and child-related? Little Llamas Boutique, Tampa Bay's premier baby/child boutique, is looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team! If you love helping customers, creating a beautiful shopping environment, have a knack for social media, and perhaps even an eye for photography, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Customer Service Star: Provide exceptional, warm, and friendly service to all our customers, helping them find the perfect outfits and gifts for their little ones.
• Merchandise Maven: Keep our boutique looking its best by ensuring the sales floor is always neat, tidy, and beautifully organized. This includes restocking shelves, folding clothes, and maintaining displays.
• Creative Contributor: Help design and set up eye-catching window displays that showcase our latest collections and draw in shoppers.
• Social Media Savvy: Assist with our social media presence by creating engaging content, posting updates, and interacting with our online community (e.g., taking photos of new arrivals, creating Reels/TikToks).

What We're Looking For:

• A genuinely friendly and outgoing personality who loves interacting with people.
• A true passion for fashion, especially children's and baby clothing and accessories.
• Someone who is reliable, organized, and pays attention to detail.
• Retail experience is preferred, but not mandatory – we're happy to train the right person!
• Experience with Shopify is a big plus!
• Portrait photography experience is a major bonus, as we also run a photo studio within the boutique!
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including some weekends.
