Job Title: Door-to-Door Field Marketing Representative – Home Improvement

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Marketing Representative to join our home improvement team. In this role, you’ll go door-to-door in local neighborhoods to promote our services, including windows, siding, doors, and kitchen/bath remodeling. You’ll represent our brand, engage homeowners, and schedule free, no-obligation estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate leads

Educate homeowners on our home improvement products

Schedule appointments for free estimates

Represent the company professionally in the field

Track daily activity and follow up as needed

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods

Sales or customer service experience a plus

Must be reliable and goal-oriented

Compensation:
Hourly pay + performance bonuses. Paid training provided.
